Exchange and Return Policy

In TechTjr store


We strive to satisfy you. We have easy and flexible exchange and return terms so you can return any product purchased only if the product is damaged or arrived incorrectly, and not the one ordered, within a period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. This is done under simple conditions and can be done in two ways:


1- By returning the amount to the same bank account of the applicant.

2- By adding free purchases to your account on the system.


So always make sure to:

- Do not cut the carton or any packaging of the product so that you can return it to its original condition when returning it.

- You must be registered on the site to benefit from all services and return policies.



You can also get a full refund if you wish, by placing your order within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.



Return and exchange terms:


- Ensure that no adhesive papers on the product or its packaging are cut or damaged.

The product must be returned within 7 days for the return and exchange policies to apply to your order.

- You must ensure that the product has not been used before returning it and that it is in the same condition as when the order arrived.

You must register on the site so that the refunded balance can be deposited into your account.

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.




Product return terms:


The product to be exchanged or returned must be in its original condition and unused, in addition to attaching its payment receipt.




Who bears the costs of returning products to the Tech Trader store?


If our product is defective or does not match the description, we will cover the shipping and delivery costs. Otherwise, you must pay the shipping and delivery costs.




Are there any products that are not returnable or exchangeable?


The return policy does not apply to recharge cards or digital products under the balance recharge section, or products that were damaged or harmed after receipt.




When will you receive the amount in case of a refund request?


_ Via bank transfer: The refund process takes up to 7 working days from the date of the refund request until you receive the amount.


- Via PayPal or credit card, the refund process takes up to 10 working days from the date of the refund request for the amount to reach your credit card.



When will the product reach you in case of an exchange request?


- Within Tabuk city: within 4 working days from the date we receive the replaced product.

Outside Tabuk city: within 7 working days from the date we receive the replaced product.
